Condenser Cleaning - Insitu or Online
To achieve a high standard of cleaning on condensers Tube Tech International are able to utilise a variety of cleaning systems which will improve the vacuum and heat transfer rate.
One such system is the Tube Tech DarTT™ condenser bullet tube cleaning system which propels metal scraper bullets down the tubes using high volume but not high pressure water, removing thin, hard eggshell scale deposits.
When cleaning condenser tubes Tube Tech are also able to offer a simultaneous inspection service such as an Eddy current or IRIS inspection to measure tube-wall thickness and highlight excessive wear.
Cleaner condenser tubes means burning less fuel which in turn means lower CO2 emissions plus of course improved output.
Tube Tech are able to meet and invariably exceed strict time restrictions on condenser tube cleaning and have also cleaned condensers in such a short space of time that the neighbouring condenser trane can be isolated so as to take the load temporarily whilst the other is being cleaned. This operation has been known to take only 3 hours thereby allowing the plant to continue operating without reducing production.
