The fact that more than 40 new techniques and pieces of equipment have been designed by Tube Tech is proof of the effort the R&D teams exert in devising more-scientific methods of high-pressure water jetting. R&D is an ongoing process because new and seemingly-impossible industrial cleaning contracts inspire the need for better techniques and prototypes. Much thought goes into assessing all aspects of a particular job and, through this process, dozens of pieces of equipment in the Tube Tech inventory have been designed for specific uses. Virtual mock-ups – often at no expense to the client – are set up at Tube Tech’s UK workshops to prove that advanced techniques and newly-conceived equipment work with the speed, efficiency and safety that comes with the Tube Tech name.
