Reactors cleaning

One of the systems uses multiple, extendable rotary drills with polishing heads in tandem with mechanical percussion and air blast. This system provides a faster and safer clean and has been successfully pioneered on many tubular reactors in the UK.

Whether even or patchy Tube Techs cleaning systems are able to remove the most tenacious deposits Tube Tech has extensive experience in cleaning fragile reactors using semi-automated pressure lances at a remarkable 2100 BAR water pressure. The water is deflected and skims the service so that glass linings, for example, do not take the full brunt of the high pressure water jetting.
