TTIL successfully removes fouling at “no water” facility in North Carolina

Case Study

Tube Tech International Ltd (TTIL) was contracted to clean two reactor vessels at a new facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The reactor vessels had previously been cleaned by another contractor before being moved to the new facility. However, on arrival, it was discovered that they retained some residue despite the previous clean. The client contacted Tube Tech to solve the problem.

Tube Tech arrived at a site which, being a new facility, had no running water or waste disposal in place. Thankfully, our experienced team was able to subcontract tank rental, water supply, vacuum tanker and disposal services. With these essentials in place, our team was able to commence the clean.

By employing TTIL’s Torus 2D Tank Cleaning Head, our team was able to complete the job, solving all fouling issues, on time in two days.
