Tube Tech achieves Cyber Essentials Certification

We are delighted to announce that Tube Tech International has achieved Cyber Essentials certification.

Cyber Essentials is a scheme produced by both Government and industry, working collaboratively to help UK organisation demonstrate a commitment to cyber security and improve defences against attacks. The scheme targets the most common cyber threats, particularly those which demand little skill such as hacking, phishing attacks and password guessing.

Cyber security is affecting millions across the UK, according to GOV.UK’s latest statistical release. Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2018, published in April 2018, reported that 43% of UK businesses, plus 19% of charities, suffered a cyber breach within the past 12 months. The figures make even bleaker reading for large businesses, with 72% suffering a breach or attack. The findings of the study also revealed that the most common form of cyber breach was something as simple as a fraudulent email to staff.

Tube Tech is Committed to Cyber Security

By committing to Cyber Essentials, Tube Tech is demonstrating our commitment to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of the data we store.

We hope our certificate of certification will reassure all our customers, present and future, that Tube Tech takes the protection of their data seriously, and that we are continually working to improve our defences against cyber threats.
