In April 2018, a Tube Tech International delegation will be travelling to Orlando, Florida for the 2018 Spring Meeting and 14th Global Congress on Process Safety, organised by AlChE, the Global Home of Chemical Engineers.

From April 22-26, the Orlando World Center will host the ‘year’s key technical conference for the practising chemical engineers’. Focusing on the current needs of the industry, a wide range of subjects are covered throughout the event, while also exploring the critical needs of process safety practitioners in a broad sense. As part of the AlChE community, those in attendance at the conference all share the same interests, and this event offers a fantastic opportunity to come together and share knowledge and best practice.

We’re looking forward to hearing from AGILE Award winner Mark Vergnano, President and CEO of the $6 billion global chemical company The Chemours Company, who will present the 2018 AGILE Award Keynote Address. With three decades experience in the chemical industry and roles on the board of directors for the American Chemistry Council and the executive committee of the Society of Chemical Industry, Mark’s address is highly anticipated by delegates.

Additionally, the event is being held in conjunction with the 9th World Congress on Particle Technology. Held every four years since its inception in 1990, the event is intended to stimulate discussions on the forefront of research in particle science and technology, with more than 500 oral presentations throughout the program. Alongside one another, both events will offer Tube Tech International another fantastic opportunity to network, learn, and listen to presentations from industry leaders.
