Our founder and CEO Mike Watson will be taking to the stage at the European Water Jetting Institute’s (EWJI) annual convention, taking place between the 12-13th February in Paris.

Mike, who is also the president of the EWJI, will be addressing the audience of contractors, asset owners, manufacturers and many more about the importance of innovation in the water jetting industry.

We spoke to Mike recently who was very much looking forward to the event. He said:

“I’m looking forward to presenting at the EWJI annual convention again. This time, I’ll be talking about innovation and why it’s so important to the industry. We must make sure that safety and innovative technology work hand in hand, whilst providing clients with the best results.

“What we have achieved at Tube Tech is a good example of industrial innovation. We have patented and evolved our technology through a multi-million-dollar U.K. and European research funding portal; I’ll be sharing the success of our robotic water jet technology for fired heaters and heat exchangers with the audience in Paris.”

Mike has nearly forty years’ experience within the industry and has overseen more than 300 shutdowns. Over the years, Mike has facilitated global patents for 30 cleaning technologies and has also founded the Watson Innovation Centre at the Technical University of Dresden in Germany.

We look forward to seeing Mike in action in Paris! You can find out more about the EWJI annual convention, here.
