Tube Tech International Ltd. (TTIL) were asked to remove fouling from two furnaces for a chemical plant in the Netherlands.
Due to previous results achieved by Tube Tech, the plant called upon us again to improve the efficiency of its furnaces.
We mobilised a group of technicians and our robotic furnace cleaning equipment
Within a week, the furnaces were restored to near design thermal efficiency
The client has expressed their satisfaction with the job
And is expecting to see significant improvements in efficiency in the coming months.
A chemical plant based in Moerdijk, the Netherlands, required cleaning of two furnaces to improve its efficiency and output. We have been cleaning the plant’s furnaces
for the past five years, and due to impressive results in the past, we were called upon again to implement our specialised technologies.
Our well-established furnace cleaning solutions were swiftly mobilised, along with a team of technicians. The team used our robotic furnace cleaning technology to remove
more than 90% of fouling within the convection coils. This technique is particularly beneficial as the robot is controlled remotely so operators are kept at a safe distance from any hazards.
